I'm feeling the need to reach out to you and say hello, let's connect, it's been a while. Now more than ever I feel it's important we create some kind of community even if it's online, a safe place to land, to feel a sense of belonging and to share. I've been doing some soul searching recently with my one to one and group coaching work and have come to another level of awareness yet again; it's about how we can end up holding ourselves back with beliefs and unconscious thoughts that we may not even realise that we have, and yet they are running our lives. It feels like something needs to change and for me our time is now. I'd like share what I discovered from my own recent self-enquiry below:
"My journey of struggling to find my life’s work, pushing myself and over doing has really been about becoming aware of my life purpose in helping others to truly know themselves; to feel I am more than enough, trusting myself, my inner knowing and this life positive Universe as I learn to become my own best friend. This has taught me to express my creativity and develop a powerful mind body heart connection as well as hone my skills of writing, teaching and sharing. It has also taught me to be courageous and share my unique voice and insights, to step into visibility and be seen. It has unlocked loving all aspects of myself with compassion and tenderness at an even deeper level so that I can awaken the wisdom within and powerfully share that in my work as transformational coach, life purpose activator and yoga teacher."
I'm currently offering some introductory clarity coaching sessions to help you identify blocks and challenges and and how can start to shift them.
